You order your product on the website and pay at the checkout by card. You will then receive an order confirmation/receipt by email. You will then receive home delivery from our EU warehouse which takes about 7 working days.

Of course, you are always guaranteed delivery and you can cancel your purchase within 14 days and get a full refund (if the product is not used). We always do our best for our customers!
